All disputes to be decided by the Stewards, whose decision will be final. Every protest to be accompanied by 1 sov., which will be forfeited if the protest be not sustained. No nomination or acceptance will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. Acceptances and general entries close on FRIDAY, December 17th.
