GERMANY AND CHINA.
Berlin, December 13. The second squadron which Germany intends to despatch to Kaio-chau calls at Plymouth to enable Prince Henry of Prussi* to visit the Queen. St. Petersburg, December 14. The Russian press is profoundly suspicious of Germany's action in China, but the Russian Government appears to be impassive in the matter.
