AUCKLAND SHAREMARKET.
(P.Y TELEGRAPH —OWN CORUESPON UENT). Auckland, Last Night. National Bank shares again moved upwards to-day. sales being made as high as 44-;. Insurance stocks generally bad a steady demand at late rates. National shares firmer, and 17s Sd was offered this morning. For Devonport Ferry shares 34s Od was offered without sales being made. Mining stocks were generally speaking neglected. Monowais, however, had firm buyes at 3s 2el, whi'e Grace Dai lings were wanted at Is lOd and Portseas at 9d. Enquiries were made for Wuihi-Silvertous at Ss Od and Talismans at Pis Gil, but none changed hands.
