HAMILTON HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY.

We are pleased to hear that to-morrow's show bids fair to surpass the most sanguine anticipations of its promoters. The entries are far more numerous than was anticipated, anil will tax the utmost accommodation of the Voluniecr Hall to find room for their display. The interest taken in this Society has been very general, as is shown by the number of persons who are sending exhibits. The entries arc well SDrcad over all the classes, and there is hardly a class that will not lie represented. Some of the exhibits will be of exceptional merit, and the whole will produce by tar the most beautiful and varied display of flowers ever seen in Hamilton. The Volunteer Hall will present rhe appearance of a huge conservatory, one mass of blooms and beautiful foliage, and with the added attraction of a capital instrumental conceit cannot fail to tunrsh a delightful afternoon or evening entertainment to all who attend. Exhibits will be received up to 10 a.m., and the show will be open to the general public from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., and from 7 to 10. Children competing in the class for children's bouquets should bring their flowers and materials to St. Peter's Sclioo'rooni at any time between 3 p.m. and (! p.m. this afternoon, when a member of the committee will be in attendauce and take charge of the bouquets. Afternoon tea will be provided at the show, for which a small charge will be made, and this no doubt will lie much appreciated by visitors coming from a distance.
