risri'HDAY. —(Before Captain Jackson, S.M.) JUDiiMKXT SfJIMONSKS. Hodgson V. Scarborough and Nathan v. Woods.— On the application of Mr Swarbrick, who appeared for the judgment creditor in each case, the cases were adjourned for two months. GuINO v. Eadkokd.—Mr O'Neill appeared for defendant, and consented to judgment being given, Mr doing agreeing to allow a month for payment. Judgment was given accordingly. CIIITTY V. CoUOIIIJOItoHOH. —On the application of Mr Swarbiick, on behalf of plaintiff, permission was granted to issue a judgment summons. Cox v. M. .Smith. —Claim .L'l 12s u'd, No appearance of defendant, and judgment was given for the amount claimed and costs 14s.
