The undersigned have received instructions from the Assets Realisation Board, Wellington, to sell at Cambridge on above date, DESIRABLE FARMS, lately surveyed, being part of their Estates known as Karapiro (just outside Cambridge, fronting Gorton Road), Victoria Road (about three miles from Cambridge and just past Cambridge Factory, and alongside Fencourt and Hautapa Railway Stations), and Manawaru (about six miles from Te Aroha). The properties are all laid off in con-venient-sized farms. The laud is practically all grassed and of good quality.
