A DROWNING ACCIDENT.
(BY TEIJJUKAI'H—OWN COKKESI'ONDK.NT). ISVERCAKUILL, Last Night. The body of Andrew Atkeu, one of a party of four who were drowned in the Estuary on Saturday by the capsizing of u boat, has been fouutl near the spot where the accident occurred. The weather i = very stormy, and dragging operations have been suspended.
