TARIFF TREATY. Ottawa, November 9. Sir Wilfrid Laurier, Premier of Canada, i 3 about to visit Washington, for the purpose of arranging the granting to America of a minimum tariff, in exchange for a 20 per cent, reduction in the Dingloy Tariff, in favour of Canadian goods imported into America.
