Customs authorities seized the fishing yacht Albatross, belonging to Frank Williams, for an alleged breach of the Oyster Fisheries Act. It is alleged that the crew of tlu Alba'ross removed oysters from the reserved portion of the gulf, ami the boat was accordingly seized by the Customs.
