BREAKING AND ENTERING.
(UY TELfORAPJI —OWN CORRESPONDENT). Auckland, Last Night At the Police Court to-day Thos. Whytc (alias Thos. Whyte McLellan) was charged before Mr 11. W. Brabant, S.M., with breaking and entering the premises of Messrs Smith and Caughey and stealing therein a ijuantity of clothing, of the value of £lO 10s 01. This is the prisoner who was arrested in the King Country. After hearing the evidence accused was committed for trial.
