London, July 2G. Tjik London Road Car Company has informed the Victorian Agent-General that; their tests of the Victorian compressed hay proved its excellent quality, but it was too dear to use in England in ordinary seasons. The "War Office has expressed the same opinion as the Road Car Company regarding Victorian compressed hay.
