The Procession will start from the Public Hall at 11 o'clock, and pass along Victoria, Queen and Bryce-streets and the Hamilton Road, to the Domain, where the addresses will be delivered and the National Anthem sung. The Procession wi'l re-form and proceed down Victoria-street to the two Halls, where the children will lunch.
