RAGLAN.
Mild Season*.—Wo have had a mild season so far, with little or no frost, and grass is very plentiful, young grass especially being very forward. As shotting the extreme mildness of the season, I have noticed that the caterpillars are playing havoc ,vith a crop of winter sown oats growing near here. SLY-GROG PklMNG,—Capt. Jackson, P.M., is due here on the _>Sth to hear further charges of sly-grog selling at Katt'hia, when, I understand, at least one European will come hefore the Bench. —(Own Correspondent).
