MR OEDDON AT OTTAWA
London, May 17. The Queen will grant tlio colonial Premiers a reception on June 'l2. Afterwards they will be her guests at a Slate banquet.
Ottawa, May 17
Mr Seddon, the Premier of New Zealand, has arrived at Ottawa. lie was cordially welcomed by the Earl of Aberdeen (the Governor-General), and by the members of the Government.
