BY TELEGRAPH.— OWN CORRESPONDENT). Cop.omandel, Last Night. A max named J as. Dunning, employed log-rolling at Tiki, had a miraculous escape from death yesterday. Oue of the logs of large size resting on skids happened to slide ofl, rolling over the unfortunate man anj inflicting serious injuries. He was removed to the hospital and examined by Dr. Bull, who found a fracture of the right arm and s vere contusion of the right leg, with injuries to the face. Dunning is low progressing as well as cau be expected.
