Pauis, May 15. The Paris newspapers are full of charges of cowardice and inhumanity against tho men in tho bazaar at tho tiruo of the recent terrible fire.

Thoy declare that in their frantic efforts to escape they slashed with sticks and kicked the ladies.

One lady was beaten from a ladder by which she was making her escape, and her fingers were broken with brutal blows.
