The balance sheet was read and passed, showing a small balance to debit. The election of the committee then proceeded, and was unanimous, as all present were elected on the new committee, viz. : —Messrs Geo. Harper, A. Ahier, H. Yates, C. H Prince aud G. Appleyard. Mr George Harper was re-elected chairman, and. the meeting terminated.
