London, March 30. IN tin? House of Commons Mr Blake moved that the Government remedy the grievances of Ireland on the basis H>f the report of the Irish Financial \3oinniission. Sir M, Hicks-Beacli replied that financial and political Home Bale would be equally fatal, ' and the Government would adhere to the common taxation system and help to develop the resources of the country if the new Commission advised it. March 31. In the House of Commons a majority of 160 rejected the motion proposed by Mr Blake demanding remedial legislation in regard to the financial relations between England and Irelaud.
