(BY TELEPEAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT). Dunedin, Last Night. Mr Justice Williams delivered judgment io-day in the case Aimers v. Taylor and others. The case arose out of the deceased, Mrs Taylor, having made a will leaving her property to her children, alter having made a will conjointly with her hii-hand, by which wiils the two left their property to each other. His Honor granted probate in the last-made will, holding that the will made in conjunction with her husband had not been made irrevocable.
