THE FRUIT EVAPORATING COMPANY.

Wk have p'casure in informing the shareholders of the New Zealand Fruit Evaporating Company that it is very probable the company will be reconstructed in a ninnner that will not cause then to lose the whole of the capital they have invested in it. We are not at liberty to give particulars, indeed tlie scheme is in embryo at the present, but we hive not the slightest doubt that it can be successfully carried out if gone about in the right manner. Up to the present there has been literally no management in connection with this business, but if it is run on proper lines, wc are convinced it can be made a most useful and lucrative one. Wc will give particulars when the scheme has reached a more advanced stage.
