LETTERS FROM AR( i H OnEEP-0 WN33 R S Tim proprietors of COOPER'S DIP hail almost abandoned the publication of testimonials, relying on extensive sales to speak for its superiority ; but as many Dip Makers now publish testimonials given Only a Month or Two after the First Trials of their preparation, the following letters from wellknown men, whose single purpose has been to find the BEST DIP, knowing that to be the cheapest,*are now made public. " I have pleasure in stating that the N.Z. and Australian Land Co., Ltd., began to use Cooper's Sheep Dp some seven or eight years ago on a small scale, but now dip about a QUARTEK-OF-A-MILLION SHEEP ANNUALLY with it, which is a sufficient guarantee of our opinion or its efficacy." 12 YEARS' EXPERIENCE OH" 50,000 SHEEP. From Mr EDWARD ELWORTHY, Pareora, Titnaru. 7th December, 1895. " I have used Cooper's Dip for the past twelve years on an average of 50,000 sheep each year, and during the whole of that period / have found the remit most satisfactory." VERY SATISFACTORY FOS A NUMBER OF YEARS. From Mr K. T. WINTER, Station Superintendent N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency, Limited, Christchuroh. 4th April, IS9I. " I have much pleasure it stating lha* T have used Cooper's Dip for a number of years with very satisfactory results, and I have found it better than any other I have tried. / ice it now on all the Company'* Station* and Farm* under my control, the sheep being free from ticks and less sandy at shearing time." 11 YEARS' EXPERIENCE ON ABOUT 80,000 SHEEP. From Mr E. D. GILES. Manager, Horslcy Downs and Heathstock Estates. 30th December, 1895. " I beg to state that I have used Cooper's Dip for a number of years (since IFB-1), and also tried many of the other patent dips, and prefer Cooper's to any other I have used, as it stains the wool less, acd is thoroughly and permanently effective, if properly used, both with ticks and lice." 10 YEARS' EXPERIENCE ON ABOUT 60,000 SHEEP. . From Mr W. ACTON-ADAMS. Christchiu'ch. 3rd Jauuary, 1890. " I have used Cooper's Dip for many years on the ' Salop Downs,' ' Tipapa,' " Woodbank,' and ' Tal'lldale ' flocks, and although I have from time to time tried other dips that were strongly recommended to me, yet on the whole I am of the opinion that Cooper'* Dip is more permanent than any of the others, and I am now usiwj none other than Cooper*. Though its first cost is slightly higher than some other dips, I fully realize that the permanency of its effects maj make it cheaper in the end." 7 YEARS' EXPERIENCE ON SHEEP. From Mr J. E. FOUNTAINS, Manager for Sir John Hall, Hororata. 28th February, IS9G. " In reply to yours re Cooper's Dip. I have used it for the last seven years ou Sir John Hall's flock, and it has given every satisfaction. I have used several other dips, but hare always found Cooper' 1 * (jive the bent result*." SELECTS COOPER AFTER 20 YEARS' TRIAL. From MrE. H. DOBSON, Manager Lowcliffe Estate, Ash burton. 6th January, 1896. " 1 have, during a '2O years' residence ill the Ashburton County, given all the leading dips a fair trial, with the result that for the la*t three year* I have used Cooper'* exclusively," CHEAPEST IN O?HE END. From Mr PETER CHALMERS, Wakanui Road, Ashburton. 11th December, 1890. Cooper's Dip is more lu*timj in its effect* than any other I hare tried, and although the first cost is somewhat greater than some other dips, in. the end ■it is the cheapest, as one dipping does ; whereas, whenever I have, used other and cheaper dip*, I had the trouble and extra expense ofdip pint; twice a year.' " Highfield," Kirwce, the wellknown stud Lincoln Breeder, who acted as Judge in that much advertised Canterbury Sheep Dip Trial, in returning to the use oj Cooper, after giving another dip a trial writes : December 10. " You are quite at liberty to tell the public that you have already received my order for this reason, and so long as Cooper's Dip is kept up to its present standard. 1 SHALL USE NO OTHER." Under the above conditions, it will be a long time before Mr Overton will try any other dip.—W. C. &N.
