Owners aud trainers training horses on the course without permission from the Secretary will be disqualified. 7. Races to be ridden in proper costume. Attention is called to this rule as it will be strictly enforced under a penalty of 1 aov. 8. No nomination or acceptance will be received under any pretence whatever after the hour named or without the necessary amount of cash. i). Winners to pay 5 per cent, of their gross winnings towards the expenses of the course. 10. A hack means a horse that has never started in any race other thau a Hack Race. The.
