London, December 2. In Ins evidence before the Pacific Cable Conr.nission, Mr W. P. Peeves, Agent-General for New Zealand, supported th? route suggested by (he Sydney Convention. Air Play ford's evidence was on the same linos as expressed by him before the Ottawa Conference. He urged the claims of South Australia.
