No nominations or acceptances will be received on any pretence whatever after the hour named, or without being accompanied with the necessary amount of cash. Age, pedigree, performances and colours of riders to be sent with all acceptances. All protests must be made in writing to the Secretary within l."> minutes after the race accompanied Ivy 2sovs., which will be forfeited to the Club should the protest be dismissed. Nominations for the first and third events will close with the Secretary on December .Sth. Weights will appear in Thk Waikato Aiuji'S on or about Saturday, December 12th.
