No nominations or acceptances will be received on any pretence whatever after the hour named, or without being accompanied with the necessary amount of cash. Age, pedigree, performances and colours of riders to be sent with all acceptances. All protests must be made in writing to the Secretary within l."> minutes after the race accompanied Ivy 2sovs., which will be forfeited to the Club should the protest be dismissed. The decision of the Stewards shall be accepted as final and conclusive. Three starters or no race. A booth will be erected on the ground where all kinds of refreshments can be had. 11. All r.i- es to be run under Auckland Racing Club's rules. All disputes to be decided by the Stewards, whoso decision will be lilial. Every protest to be accompanied by lsov, which will be forfeited if the protest be not sustained. No nomination or acceptance will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. Nominations for the first and third events will close with the Secretary on December .Sth. Weights will appear in Thk Waikato Aiuji'S on or about Saturday, December 12th.
