FRANCE AND EGYPT.
PARTS, November 22. Tn the Chamber of Deputies, M, Do Touch asked what steps the French Government were taking in regard to the British advance on Khartoum ? In reply, M. llanotaux, Minister of Foreign Affairs, said France was the first Power to ask Great Britain to fulfil her engagements to evacuate Egypt, and now a friendly nation supported the request.
