Thore was a large attendance of local and home buyers and light clean cross-bred and half bred wool was well competed for, the bulk selling at 7d to T'.d ; superior, 7 t d to Sd ; inferior, (id to {'<].]. Merino also sold reidily at lid to li.Jd. Fellmonger.s' lots brought relatively good prices. A large proportion of the wool catalogued was disposed of, the lots passed being of superior quality for nh'cli higher price? were looked.
