WE publish this morning a full report of Mr IlKltlUES' address to the electors of the Bay of Plenty, delivered in Cambridge on Saturday evening. We commend its perusal, not only to the constituents to whom it was addressed, but also to the public generally. It was outspoken, and evidenced that Mr HENRIES has given much study to the political questions of the day. The lengthy report of tho speech itself precludes, from want of space, our commenting upon it, we sha.il do so in next issue. We may add, however, that the tone of the meeting showed that his opinions were generally endorsed. There is every indication so far thatMr IIERKIES will win the seat by a very considerable majority.
