7Wll,|P mo STAND THIS SEASON AT 1 MORRINSVILLE, MALICE, By The Dauphin—dam Rcsscmer. MALICE is 4 years old, dark buy, with Mad; points; stands 17 hands, well proportioned ; nice short hack, well coupled ; up to any wcifiht. Good temper, very quiet, goes well in any harness. He should leave stock of a class the couutiy is very short of, viz., big upstanding Carriage Horses and vcightcarrying Hacks and Hunters. He has never been trained or tried to uallop, though he comes froin u good racing family and is perfectly sound. The Dauphin (sire of Malice) is by Traduser (in'p.), dam Maria Theresa (imp ). by Kataplan, dam Maria Louise, was a very fast horse, winning, amongst other races, the Canterbury Derby. He is sire of Rratornito (winnei of Wanganui Derby), Donald McKinnon, one of the best crosscountry horses in the colony, r.allyhooley, Sylvanus, and many other brilliant performers. IJessenier (dam of Malice) was bred by the New Zealand Stud Co., is by Musket (imp.), dam Ml Steel, by Ntockham (imp.), dam Miss liutler, by Stceltrap (in p.). liesscnier is also dam of llukutere, a horse that won the double two years at Cishorne, and as a Stud Horse took champion prize in the show ring. The steeplechase horse Kingswood also claims Ijessemer as dam. liesscmer is full sister to that successful stud marc Steel All, dam of Levanter, winner of the (-rand National Steeples at Auckland last winter ; she is also dam of St. Patrick (by Si; Legcr), Steel King (by Gipsy), both good performers on the flat Tunis ; ,C- 10s, single marc ; two or more, property of same owner, C2 "is ; payable on Ist January, 1807.
