The bat.li s under the aide conductor-hip of Mr ll" Skcllcrn, who deserves great praise for tiie high standard of efficiency attained. The following was the programme :-—l, Orand march : '-', quadrilles ; 3, song, «' A Vision," -Miss C. Hani-. ; 4, waltz ; , r >, .selection : li, schottisehe ; 7, polka : 8, lancers ; !), waltz ; 10, mazurka ; 11, d'Alherts ; 12. fantasia : 18, schottisulic ; 1-1, song, " She Wore a Wreath of Hoses," Miss Weir; 15, quadrilles; l(i. piano solo, Master -Joe Harris; 1/, waltz : 18, lancers ; 10. polka : 20, song, -Miss 0. Harris : 21, sehottischo ; L ; '2, waltz ; 23, Caledonians. The vocal items were well rendered. Miss C. Harris being specially deserving of praise for her song " A Vision/' Master.l. Harris also deserves great commendation for his piano solo. The ladies provided an excellent supper, and great credit is due to them for the eflicieut manner in which the catering for such a largo number was carried out.—(Own Correspondent).
