A thrcr-s'orcy luilding, occupied byScott Bros, and North, wis gutted by tire. The insurances were : .Scott on stock, £403 iu the Royal Exchange and £2BO in the .Standard ; North's machinery, A'4oo in the Royal Exchange. Tho bidding owned by Henry North was not insured. Thomson ami Bridges' building and stock were damaged. They wcrcinsiired, the stock in the South British for £IOOO ; reinsured £IOOO ou the building iD the same ofiiee.
