Wednesday.—(Before dipt. Jackson, S.M.). Poi.iok v. Bkadi.ey.—This was an information laid by Constable Stanycr for malicious injury to property. The accused, who h appars is a young man working in the bush in the King Country, was called to answer no less than tour different charges. For the fhst lie was fined CI and' cos's.
