STALLION HORSE PARADE,
Tun horse parade indd in connection with the Waik-ito Farmers' Club, took place in the Government Paddock at Cambridge, yesterday, when no loss than twenty mtircs were exhibited. The morning proved line, and there was a large concourse of people, to inspect the animal?, which were on the whole a first class lot, and such as perhaps were never before eathecd together in Ouii'il'idgc. The various points of the ultima's were keenly diseu-s-cd, and eaeli one had its little knot of adiniieis. but it seemed to he generally accepted that " Royal Conqueror " was clos- to the top of the tree in the clas? for draughts. The hunter sttillirn " Merrylcgs II," was a'so much admired, lie is a splendid tempered nnimil, is very like hii sire, and like his dam, is a sp'eu lid jumper. The thoroughbreds were much admired, but thcte v as great diversity of opinion as to their individual merits. Malice came in for many favourable comment!.
