LOCAL GOVERNMENT REFORM MEETINGS
The Local Government Commission is holding a series of meetings with local authorities in March. Waimarino District Council is to meet with the commission for two hours on Wednesday, March 22, in Palmerston North to discuss the reorganisation scheme for the Ruapehu District and the Central Region. Also on that day the commission will meet with the Taumarunui Borough and Taumarunui County councils and the Waimarino District Noxious Plants Authority.
