A New Zealand Railways subdivision in Pohe Street Waiouru has been approved by the Rangitikei County Council. At the council's December meeting the application was considered and approved with a number of conditions attached. A reserves contribu-

tion of 7.5 per cent of the land value of the allotments will be required, roading to the lots must be upgraded and water supply and sewers are to be located and inspected and if necessary upgraded or renewed. All works are to be undertaken at the applicant's expense and to the satisfaction of the county engineer.
