To most of our customers this will mean little if any change as the BNZ will continue to operate an agency at the present BNZ Raetihi premises in Seddon Street, Raetihi, from 9.00am to 4.15pm each weekday except on Tuesdays when the hours will be 9.30am to 4.15pm. All our usual 'front counter' services including chequebooks, investment facilities, safe custody and international transactions, will continue to be available at the agency. However a change of chequebooks etc is required and to those BNZ Raetihi customers who have yet to receive replacement chequebooks we will be in touch with you over the n6xt few weeks. In the meantime please continue to use the BNZ Raetihi stationery you hold. To our borrowing customers - the Manager, Mr Richard Starke, will be at the agency on Thursday mornings and our Head Loans Officer, Mrs Tephany Bennett, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for lending interviews (preferably by appointment please). Special arrangements can be made for attendance at Raetihi at other times if necessary, alternatively customers are welcome to discuss their borrowing needs at BNZ Ohakune (also preferably by appointment please).
