Stories wanted

Interesting anecdotes and stories on any Gallagher related occurrences are being sought for a book, "Gallagher's First Fifty Years", by the author, Neville Northover. The company is now 100 per cent agriculture based, but in the past was involved in other fields. Boats were built (Gallagher farm machinery was delivered in one of them to Pacific islands), buildings were fabricated

and erected in record time and wild life monitors were made. The author would appreciate stories and photos on any Gallagher activity to help document the company's first fifty years. They can be sent or phoned to Neville Northover, 3 Firth Street, Hamilton, phone (071) 65-509, or to John Gallagher, Gallagher Group, Private Bag, Hamilton, phone 389-800.
