WAIMARINO DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER Notice is hereby given that at an ordinary meeting of the Waimarino District Council held on the 23rd day of November 1988, the Council resolved by way of Special Order to implement Instalment Rating. THAT the Waimarino District Council in pursuance of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Government Act 1974 and Sections 86 A, 86B and 86C of the Rating Act 1967 and in pursuance of all other powers enabling it in that behalf hereby resolves by way of Special Order: a) That Council do proceed to implement instalment rating: b) That the instalment rating system take effect from 1st April 1989; c) That the instalment rating system be made up of three instalments being due at four monthly intervals.
