Tennis
Five people attended the A.G.M. of the Raetihi Tennis Club on Monday October 17. The following people were elected for the 1988-89 season: Patron F. Wise, President E. Gotlieb, Club Captains; A. Bowkter and M. Dongi. Secretary F. Wise, Treasurer L . Winter, Committee R. Tehuia. Mr and Mrs R. Te Huia will be organising an inter-team competition of four players per team to play games on Tuesday and possibly Thursday evenings if enough teams are formed. Junior coaching begins on Saturday October 30 at 9.30am. Club day for seniors is Sundays from 1.30pm onwards.
