WAIMARINO DISTR1CT COUNCIL SPECIAL ORDER RAETIHI SWIMMING BATHS UPGRADING LOAN 1988 - $35,000 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Waimarino District Council held on September 14, 1988 a resolution was passed by way of Special Order the purpose of which was to give authority for the raising of the above loan for the purpose of replacing all pipes, pumps and tanks at the Raetihi Swimming Baths. The security will be a Special Rate of such amount each year on the land value of all rateable land in the Raetihi Ward as is sufficient to provide in that year for the payment of the annual charges until the loan is paid off. A full copy of the resolution is available for inspection at the offices of the Council at 15 Miro Street, Ohakune and 22 Duncan Street, Raetihi during normal office hours. THE SPECIAL ORDER will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, 15 Miro Street, Ohakune on Wednesday, October 12, 1988 commencing at 5.30pm.
