He received the Sponsors Trophy and Roarers Mug, followed by P. Price 70, A. Donald 71, J. Hammond 73. The winner of the senior side was G . Allerby with nett 70, receiving the Sponsors Trophy, followed by A. Berridge 73, M. J. Kennedy 74. Next weekend the course will be closed for the King Country Championships. The day's sponsors were John Mcllroy Ltd, and Ohakune Sports Centre.
