ARSON MYSTERY SOLVED

A fivc-ycar-old enquiry into a suspicious fire in Ohakune in 1983 has finally ended with the conviction of a former Ohakune man. Adolphus Dolphy Kohu who is currently serving a four year sentence at Kaitoke Prison for burglary, appeared in the Wanganui High Court on a charge of arson of the Ohakune Bowling Club that occurred in January 1983. The conviction added a further year's imprisonment to his sentence.
