BNZ caught with their rates down

The Bank of New Zealand have the lowest borrowing rates in Waiouru. Bank Manager David Petre encourages people

not to wait until retirement before buying their first house. After about five years of working and saving most people should be

able to look at the possibility of buying a house, he said. The Bank of N e w Zealand's rate of interest is only 15.5 per cent at present. There is a special concession to defence personnel in Waiouru, that if the home is being rented out personnel still only play first mortgage rates when buying another. Many people are transferring their mortgages to the Bank of New Zealand. One customers recently transferred his two 25-year mortgages to a BNZ mortgage. Now only paying 15.5 per cent interest he saves $100,000 in interest and will have completed his payments in only 15 years. BNZ mortgages are flexible and customers may make 'out of step' payments. You're going to have to live with the mortgage you accept for years to come, so at only 15.5 per cent try talking to the staff at the Bank of New Zealand.
