USA style staff training
Money spent on staff training is money well spent, if the Whakapapa experience is anything to go by. This year RAL employed two outside consultants to assist in their two-week long staff training programme.
The high powered I American style of I Cathy Bernhard was | well received by the I employees and this, | combined with Cus- I tomer Service training from international con- I sultant, Celia Warms- I ley, has had good re- ■ sults.
