New duo for Trio's
Newly married Colin and Gaynor Home have escaped the bustle of city life to run Turangi's newest restaurant Trio's of Turangi. Gaynor will concentrate her efforts in the dining room whilst Colin will be in charge of preparing meals us-
ing only the freshest foods. Obtaining fresh fish is causing the biggest headachs, but they have managed to track it down. Off duty Colin enjoys golf, fishing and was recently introduced to skiing. Gaynor also
enjoys skiing and fish- j ing and has taken up j jogging. s The restaurant will m provide the perfect op- I portunity to bring a |1 modern style of cuisine ■ to Turangi and surrounding areas.
