LODGE BROKEN INTO
Mangawhero Lodge on the Ohakune Mountain Road was broken into sometime on Sunday. Offenders gained entry by breaking a rear window and forced their way into the equipment room once inside. An assessment of stolen property is currently being made. Police would like to hear from anyone who may have noticed any suspicious behaviour in the area on Sunday. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Ohakune Police Station, phone 58-551.
