The Group would like to hear people's suggestions, concerns and priorities for the development of health services for older people in their area. If you are an older person, someone caring for an older person, or someone with a general interest in the health of older people, you are most welcome to attend. A love of the outdoors, mountains, clean air, fishing, rivers and lakes would help. We want a person with an art and/or print production background to take charge over our production department. The successful applicant will be responsible for all artwork produced for our weekly newspaper the Waimarino Bulletin, for ourglossy magazine Adventure and other special publications. Duties will include mark-up, some design, use of an Apple Mac desktop system, process camera operation and art assembly. Some knowledge of colour production would be an advantage. This job would suit an art course graduate, an experienced typographer or anyone with a mountaineer's approach to life and some of the above skills.
