GIANT SLALOM

Course name TAHURANGI Course begins at 2300 metres. Course ends at 1950 metres. Vertical drop 350 metres. The start is located just to the east of the unloading area of the new Moro Race Lift. The GS keeps to the eastern side of the Moro Race Lift and follows Main Trunk to the finish area which is to the West and just above the Jumbo drive station. The terrain is excellent for GS as there is variation of terrain. The course has natural sweeping traverses, some steep pitches, some flats.
