POLICE STATION ALERT
Setting off burglar alarms is not normally part of a police constable's day, especially at a police station. Waimarino constable Wayne Mills returned from a holiday recently, walked into the Raetihi Police Station and set the alarm off. Not having the alarm key on or near his possession Constable Mills returned to his vehicle to wait, red faccd, for a quarter of an hour for John Robinson to come to the rescue.
