Situation:
An intense anticyclone moving
away to the east of the North Island maintains a moist northerly fiow over NZ. A trough of low pressure shouid cross the country by Tuesday allowing a second anticyclone and a southerly fiow to spread onto NZ. Forecast: Showers becoming isolated and northerlies dying out. From Wednesday cool southerlies and mostly fine weather. Overnight frosts in sheltered areas.
