Situation: A shallow depression is moving south east over central NZ and should be moving away on Tuesday. Followed by a weak south to south easterly airstream. Shallow trough over north east Tasman may bring further period of unsettled weather to north of North Island. Forecast: Rain easing to scattered showers on Tuesday with mostly fine periods from Wednesday to Friday. Isolated showers still likely. Ught southerlies predominating.
